Duty Manager: As a BP Retail Duty Manager, you’ll be managing all aspects of the fresh food operation within the Marks and Spencer Simply Food store. This is likely to be your first step into a management role and you will be given exposure to some of the more administrative processes involved in running a successful store. Full training will be provided to help you to develop into a strong leader and coach as you manage a team of customer service administrators. You will personally handle deliveries, ensure stock levels are maintained as well as ensuring the store operates safely in accordance with health and safety, food safety and compliance policies and procedures. Above all, you will ensure customer service is second to none, providing a friendly and helpful shopping experience for every customer.
